Because of the asinine threat of having creations here being deleted because of the 'copyright' or other bs reasons, I've decided to post this disclaimer journal to assure my place with what I do here deviantART. And instead of going through every single post to address this, I am doing it all at once, so here you go-

The "Taismo" series is a non-profit, fan-based interpretation of the original story that inspired it. Tails, Cosmo, Sonic the Hedgehog and all related characters and elements of the anime Sonic X are owned by Sega and the Sonic Team, and each of their respectful creators such as Yuji Naka, Naoto Oshimi, and Yasushi Yamaguchi. Each character is kept as canon as possible in combination with the story to maintain the respect that Sonic X would express. Please support the official release by Sega, Saban and all affiliated companies.

All characters of other animations and story lines included in the Taismo series are used in my own fictional universe. The Sonic, Pokemon, Dragonball, Yu-Gi-Oh, Danny Phantom, Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi, Kim Possible, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Transformers, Code Lyoko, Star Wars, and all other characters and franchises outside of Sonic X are own by all of their creators, distributors, animators and corporate owners, respectively, all used in their canons in a polymerized setting. None are used for financial benefit and purely used for fan-based creativity. Please support all official releases

The Team JAG Band is a non-profit, fan-based supergroup of various characters and one original character that act as a tribute to all bands and artists named in performances. The past, present and future characters/band members are all own by each of their creators and animators, respectively, and the character of Jason is a completely fictional person of my own work. All songs and bands that have been mentioned are used solely in fictional settings performed in unrealistic manners, where all songs are owned by their respectful writers and performers. Please support the official releases of each song, band, artist and collections through any and all legal matters of obtaining them.

The characters of Chopper the Chipmunk and Blood the Seedrian are two fictional characters included in all stories with the asked permission of each of their creators. Chopper the Chipmunk is a fan-character creation of deviantART member Toni-the-Mink (toni-the-mink.deviantart.com/), and Blood the Seedrian is a fan-created character of deviantART member xXDa-pringles-ladyXx (xxda-pringles-ladyxx.deviantar…). Neither one has been used without the official agreement by each of them before their involvements in the story took place, and continue to be asked to critique and approve various future submissions among my asking. All used and mentioned characters, settings, stories, and music are part of a continuing series of a personal favorite couple - Tails and Cosmo - for the sole purpose of creative fun and overall enjoyment, with no financial gain or acclamation intended. It as all by by a fan for himself and those who choose to enjoy it, never anything more. Only characters such as Jason, Aura and unfamiliar characters as such in any made story are only verbally illustrated characters of my own creation. This is only my own fun way of being a literary creator to help support the official releases of any and all contained elements, starting with Tails and Cosmo, and Sonic X first and foremost. Please continue to do the same in both your own ways, and by officially supporting any and all mentions of other fictional settings in the proper available manners.

Seventeen Years...
I almost can't believe that it's been seventeen years since Sonic X originally concluded, and yet, here we are... As I do every year, I write this journal just after rewatching the Metarex saga over the last several days. It was a different experience this time around, but the foundation of enjoying what the story remains the same. I loved watching this standout story unfold, and I especially loved watching Tails and Cosmo's relationship blossom into love and the inevitable heartbreak. And as I do every time I rewatch this saga, I break out into tears and cry my heart out so much that I stop my watching when Tails breaks down in front of Sonic. It's been like that ever since my first rewatch of this series, as I never really gave the full finale a proper viewing since it first premiered in 2006... I usually say this with every post regarding this subject, but it still amazes me as how much Sonic X, the third season, and Tails and Cosmo mean to me to this day. I'm a guy who's now in
Bittersweet Sixteen...
Every year... Every year I revisit Sonic X's third season and I'm left heartbroken and crying my eyes out. At the time this journal is being written, I had finished my annual tradition of watching The Metarex Saga of Sonic X only a little while ago. Since the start of May, I watched four episodes of the season all the way up to May 6th, which is the anniversary of the english dub's finale airing back in 2006. I remember watching the finale vividly, still being in high school, coming up on my eighteenth birthday, and as I watched the scene where Tails fell to his hands and knees, I completely broke down. Every year since, including today, that same pain has overtaken me and my heart as I cry my heart out, and much like the many previous years, I couldn't bring myself to finish the rest of the final episode past that point. What more could I say about Tails and Cosmo that I haven't brought up over the years with these annual posts? I absolutely love them. They are adorable whenever
Fifteen Years Later...
It's incredible... how I can feel the same today as I did in my late teens. For those who have followed this page or have seen the trend in my journals over the years, you know what this particular post is about. For those who are new, welcome to a moment of my vulnerability where my face stained by fresh tears and a saddened expression types this as I play some appropriate music in my background. Anyway, let's get into business, shall we? May 6th is a scarring yet memorable date for me, as it was on this day in 2006 that Sonic X's English series finale aired. It was the end of a tremendous story arc that I pushed myself to make sure I caught as many premiere episodes as possible, as the use of the internet was nonexistent in my life at that time. The Metarex Saga - the final season of the Sonic X anime - was captivating on so many levels, and it still holds up strong well into my adult years, and on this day fifteen years ago, we got the conclusion. Fourteen Years...
It astounds me at times at just how much this time of year means to me. Fourteen long years have passed since Sonic X had its series finale, a long ago Saturday, May 6th back in 2006. I was still in high school, working my first job, and having no idea what the future of my own life would have in store, let alone the finale of the show's final arc. Little did I expect just how much it would impact me for years to come.
